RELAXATION IN MOVEMENT

Beach Yoga integrates mindfulness and motion, requiring the individual to be present and aware of what is happening each moment in our body and mind.

Using an inner focus and a gentle, non-aerobic approach; the lessons include classic yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises, and a meditation practice -- all woven together into a gentle flow.

The result is a soothing practice, suitable for beginners and intermediate students, as well as for those who are simply looking for stress relief and increased awareness.

My yoga style allows freedom to release, while connecting to the all-powerful energy of life. Practiced outdoors, off the mat and out of the studio, my class creates the refreshing “al fresco” meditation experience -- into nature.
